What happens in case of technical problems?

What are the general system requirements?

If we install our cloud solution on your hardware, we will be happy to inform you about the system requirements. Otherwise, you will get everything pre-installed from us. In general, the following requirements apply:

Is the contidata system compatible with my smart card system?

The contidata system is compatible with all common smart card systems.

Are the contidata solutions fiscally compliant?

Yes. Of course, we support the Cash Security Ordinance required by the Federal Ministry of Finance, as well as the RKSV in Austria.

Can I top up my credit online?

Yes. Employees can top up the credit at any time via our app or via MAXXshop.

How can employees pay at the cash register?

With your RFID chip card and token, which you load beforehand at the loading terminal, via app or web application. All current payment options such as Girocard, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, etc. and cash payment are available at the checkout.

Are there solutions for employees who work in a home office?

Yes, for example, the menu can be pre-ordered via the MAXXapp.

Can I manage my existing vending machines with the POS system?

To which ERP systems do interfaces already exist?

contidata MAXXplan has a high degree of dialog friendliness. Open B2B import/export interfaces of personnel and cost center master data from SAP, Paisy, Datev, Interflex, Bosch, Kaba, etc. are given. In addition, we offer interfaces to enterprise resource planning systems such as KOST, MBS5, Herrlich & Ramuschkat and delegate.
